Kelly Semrad is a friendly neighborhood mom, UCF professor, and community leader.

Having been awarded the District 5 Orange County Citizen of the Year by the County Commission, Kelly has served our community as:

  • UCF Tourism and Hospitality Professor and Researcher
  • Co-Chair of the District 5 Neighborhood Advisory Council
  • Vice-Chair of Save Orange County, Inc.
  • Member of the Orange County Redistricting Committee

As our next Commissioner, Kelly will prioritize delivering results for our community to improve our quality of life. She’ll work with stakeholders to make our county more fiscally responsible, tackle our affordability crisis, and protect our way of life and environment. Kelly is a champion for the needs of people – not special interests. Kelly is running to support every day families working together to achieve more for our future.
